Training School in L'Aquila

The international training school, called ISSAOS, was held from August 29 to September 2, 2016 at Gran Sasso Science Institute in L'Aquila.

In a very friendly and joyful mood, about 50 participants and lecturers from all over the world gathered together for a week of intense programming related to high performance computing for environmental risk analysis and management.

The school was primarily addressed to PhD students and post-docs, but it was open to all kinds of academic and non-academic research profiles. Some personalized gadget with the CapRadNet and IPA logos and European flag have been distributed to the participants as well as the specific brochures created.
