Panoply is a free tool from NASA for quick visualization of netcdf files. Proceed to:

https://www.giss.nasa.gov/tools/panoply/

and scroll down to “Download Panoply”. It will direct you to source for any Operating System.

Unzip the files and execute “Panoply.exe”

Panoply requires Java Runtime Environment installed on your pc: you should be prompted by the system for installing it.
